The program aims to onboard 5,000 verified SME sellers within its first year, with a particular focus on businesses owned by women entrepreneurs and enterprises operating outside of Dhaka.

The SME Seller Program offers a suite of benefits tailored to the unique needs of small businesses. Participating sellers receive a reduced commission structure for their first six months on the platform, giving them a financial runway to establish their online presence. They also gain access to MiraShop's Seller Dashboard, a comprehensive toolset that includes real-time sales analytics, inventory management, dynamic pricing suggestions, and customer review monitoring.

A key differentiator of the program is its emphasis on education and capacity building. MiraShop has developed a Seller Academy that provides free online courses covering topics such as product photography, listing optimization, digital marketing, customer service excellence, and financial management for e-commerce businesses. These courses are available in Bengali and English, and are taught by industry experts and successful MiraShop sellers.

The program also includes dedicated seller support channels, with a team of account managers assigned to SME sellers to provide personalized guidance. Monthly virtual meetups connect sellers with peers and MiraShop leadership, fostering a collaborative community where sellers can share best practices, discuss challenges, and learn from each other's experiences. Top-performing SME sellers are featured in MiraShop's marketing campaigns and social media channels, giving them additional visibility.

MiraShop recognizes that access to capital is a significant barrier for many small businesses. To address this, the company has partnered with several microfinance institutions and digital lending platforms to offer working capital loans of up to ৳500,000 to qualified SME sellers. These loans are offered at preferential interest rates and feature flexible repayment terms aligned with sellers' sales cycles on the platform.

The response to the SME Seller Program has been exceptional, with over 1,200 applications received within the first month of launch. Applicants span a wide range of product categories including handicrafts, textiles, organic foods, leather goods, electronics accessories, and personal care products. MiraShop expects the program to significantly diversify its product catalog while creating economic opportunities for entrepreneurs across Bangladesh.
