Customer demographics reveal a diverse and engaged user base. While the majority of customers are concentrated in Dhaka, Chattogram, and Sylhet, the platform has seen significant adoption in tier-2 and tier-3 cities including Comilla, Gazipur, Narayanganj, and Rajshahi. The average customer shops on MiraShop 3.2 times per month, with repeat purchase rates exceeding 65%, demonstrating strong customer loyalty and trust.

Product preferences among MiraShop's 100,000 customers reflect the diverse needs of Bangladeshi consumers. Electronics and gadgets lead the category rankings, accounting for 28% of all orders, followed by fashion and apparel at 24%, beauty and personal care at 18%, home and living at 15%, and sports and fitness at 10%. Notably, the average order value has increased by 35% over the past six months, suggesting growing customer confidence in the platform.

To celebrate this milestone, MiraShop has launched a "100K Thank You" campaign featuring exclusive discounts of up to 40% across all categories, free shipping on all orders for a limited period, and a lucky draw with prizes including premium smartphones and shopping vouchers.
