These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of MiraShop.

You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of Bangladesh, and that all information you provide to us is true, accurate, current, and complete. If you are using the Services on behalf of a business entity, you further represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and that "you" and "your" shall refer to that entity.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AppStarBD IT Solution regarding the use of the Services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

To access certain features of MiraShop, including placing orders, tracking shipments, and managing returns, you must create a personal account. Registration is free and straightforward. By creating an account, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding account registration, security, and management.

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one active account on MiraShop. Creating multiple accounts, using fake or fictitious identities, or impersonating another person is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate and permanent account termination. We reserve the right to verify your identity at any time by requesting government-issued identification documents. We may also temporarily or permanently suspend accounts that have been inactive for more than 24 consecutive months, after providing prior notice to the registered email address.

All products listed on MiraShopare offered for sale in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT or ৳). We strive to display product information, including descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing, as accurately as possible. However, errors may occasionally occur. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error, system error, or other reason, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product.

Price comparisons with other platforms, offline stores, or previous prices on MiraShopare not guaranteed and may vary based on market conditions, supplier pricing, promotional periods, and other factors. Coupon codes, vouchers, and promotional offers are subject to their respective terms and conditions and may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

When you place an order on MiraShop, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the listed price. All orders are subject to acceptance by MiraShop. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders at our sole discretion, including orders that appear to be placed for resale, fraud, or in violation of these Terms. An order confirmation email or SMS does not constitute acceptance of your order — it merely confirms that we have received your order.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you must pay the exact order amount in cash to the delivery person at the time of delivery. Our delivery partners do not carry change for large amounts, so please keep the exact amount ready. If you refuse to accept a COD delivery without a valid reason, you may be charged a return shipping fee of ৳60-৳150 depending on your location. Repeated COD refusals may result in restrictions on your ability to place future COD orders.

MiraShop delivers to all 64 districts of Bangladesh through our network of trusted delivery partners including Pathao, RedX, Steadfast, and Sundarban. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the chosen delivery method. Estimated delivery dates provided at checkout are approximate and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, courier disruptions, or pandemic-related restrictions.

MiraShop offers a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery for most products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within this timeframe, provided the product meets our return eligibility criteria. All content, materials, and intellectual property displayed on the MiraShop platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, photographs, audio clips, video clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software code, and the overall design and layout of the website and mobile application, are the exclusive property of AppStarBD IT Solution or its content suppliers and are protected by the copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of Bangladesh and international conventions.

Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may constitute a violation of applicable intellectual property laws, including the Copyright Act, 2000 (Act No. 28 of 2000) and the Trademarks Act, 2009 of Bangladesh. AppStarBD IT Solution reserves the right to take legal action against any individual or entity that infringes upon our intellectual property rights.

When using MiraShop, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, respectful, and responsible manner. You agree not to engage in any activity that is harmful to MiraShop, other users, or third parties. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or termination, as well as potential legal action.

Violation of these conduct rules will result in immediate and permanent account termination, confiscation of any unredeemed store credits or gift cards, and blocking of your device, email address, and phone number from creating new accounts. In severe cases, we may pursue civil and criminal legal remedies under applicable Bangladesh law, including the Digital Security Act, 2018 and the Penal Code, 1860.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AppStarBD IT Solution, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, and assigns shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, goodwill, use, or other intangible losses, regardless of whether such damages are based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the use of our services exceed the total amount paid by you to MiraShop during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation of liability applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and shall survive the termination or expiration of these Terms.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Both you and AppStarBD IT Solution agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh, for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of our Services.

You agree to waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in class action lawsuits. Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to your use of the Services or these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or it shall be forever barred. This section shall survive the termination of these Terms and your use of the Services.

AppStarBD IT Solution reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms of Service at any time at our sole discretion. Changes may be made to reflect updates to our business practices, changes in applicable laws and regulations, or other factors that we deem necessary or appropriate. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes to these Terms through the following channels.

Your continued use of MiraShop after any modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must immediately cease using our Services and may request the deletion of your account by contacting us. Your use of the Services following the effective date of any changes means you agree to be bound by the modified Terms.
