At MiraShop, we offer a generous 7-day return window from the date of delivery for most products. We believe in making the return process as seamless and stress-free as possible, because your satisfaction is our top priority. If the product you received doesn't meet your expectations, doesn't match the description on our website, or has any quality issues, you are eligible to initiate a return within this timeframe.

Eligible for Return

  • Product received is different from the description or images shown on the website
  • Product has manufacturing defects, damage, or quality issues
  • Wrong size, color, or variant was delivered by mistake
  • Product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact and undamaged
  • Return request is initiated within 7 days of delivery date

Not Eligible for Return

  • Products that have been used, washed, worn, or altered in any way
  • Items with broken or missing original seals, tags, or packaging
  • Products returned after the 7-day return window has expired
  • Items purchased during clearance sales or flash deals (final sale items)
  • Products damaged due to customer negligence or improper use
  • Free gifts, promotional items, and samples included with orders

Please note that for certain product categories such as innerwear, swimwear, perishable goods, personalized/customized items, and software products, our return policy may differ. These items are either non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons or have specific return conditions. Please check the individual product page for category-specific return information before making your purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Products that cannot be returned due to safety and hygiene reasons

While we strive to offer the most flexible return policy possible, certain products cannot be returned due to health, hygiene, safety, or practical reasons. This policy is in line with industry standards and consumer protection regulations in Bangladesh. We clearly mark non-returnable items on their respective product pages so you can make an informed purchase decision.

Underwear & Intimates

Briefs, boxer shorts, lingerie, shapewear, and all intimate apparel items cannot be returned due to strict hygiene and health regulations.

Perishable Goods

Food items, cosmetics with broken seals, skincare products, fragrances, and any items with a limited shelf life or expiration date.

Customized & Personalized Items

Products with custom engravings, printed designs, monograms, tailored measurements, or any item made specifically to your specifications.

Software & Digital Products

Software license keys, digital downloads, e-books, online course access codes, and other non-tangible digital products once activated or downloaded.

Important:If you receive a defective or incorrect non-returnable item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or store credit in such cases. This exception only applies to manufacturing defects and wrong items delivered — not to buyer's remorse or change of mind.

How to Return

Step-by-step guide to initiate your return

Initiating a return on MiraShopis quick and straightforward. Our self-service return process is designed to minimize your effort and maximize convenience. You can complete the entire return process from your account dashboard without needing to call or email our support team. Here's exactly how to do it in five simple steps.

Log In to Your Account

Go to mirashop.com and log in to your {APP_NAME} account using your email/phone and password. If you placed the order as a guest, you can use the order lookup feature with your order number and phone number.

Navigate to My Orders

From your account dashboard, click on "My Orders" to view your complete order history. Locate the specific order containing the item(s) you wish to return. Click on the order to view its details.

Select the Item & Reason

Click the "Request Return" button next to the item you want to return. Select a reason for the return from the dropdown (e.g., Wrong Item, Defective, Size Issue, Changed My Mind). You can also add a brief description and upload photos if applicable.

Choose Return Method

Select your preferred return method — we offer free doorstep pickup for all eligible returns. Choose a convenient pickup date and time slot. If you prefer, you can also self-ship the item to our warehouse using any courier service.

Pickup Scheduled & Confirmed

Once your return request is approved (usually within 2-4 hours), our delivery partner will arrive at your doorstep on the scheduled date to collect the item. Please keep the product packed and ready with all original accessories and packaging.

After the pickup, you can track the status of your return from your order dashboard. You will receive SMS and email notifications at every stage — return picked up, return received at warehouse, quality inspection completed, and refund processed. The entire return and refund cycle typically takes 5-10 business days from the date of pickup.

Refund Process

How and when you will receive your refund

Once your returned item is received at our warehouse and passes the quality inspection, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method. We offer multiple refund options to ensure you receive your money in the most convenient way possible.

Refund Methods

bKash / Nagad

Refund to your mobile wallet within 3-5 business days. Please ensure your bKash/Nagad number is linked to your account.

Credit/Debit Card

Refund to your original card within 5-7 business days. Processing time depends on your bank.

Cash on Delivery

For COD orders, refund is sent to your bKash or bank account. You will be asked to provide payment details during the return process.

Store Credit

Instant store credit with 10% bonus value. Credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase on MiraShop.

Refund Amount: The refund amount equals the product price minus any shipping charges (if the return is due to change of mind). For returns due to defective/wrong items, the full amount including shipping charges is refunded. Coupon discounts used on the original order are not refunded but are restored to your account for future use.

You will receive an email and SMS confirmation once your refund has been initiated and another notification when it is successfully processed. If you do not receive your refund within the stated timeframe, please check with your bank or mobile wallet provider first, as processing times may vary. If the issue persists, contact our support team with your order number and refund details.

Exchange Policy

Swap for a different size, color, or variant

MiraShopoffers a convenient exchange option if you would like the same product in a different size, color, or variant. Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of the request. The exchange process follows the same steps as a return — simply select "Exchange" instead of "Return" when submitting your request through your order dashboard.

Same Product Only

Exchanges are limited to the same product in a different size, color, or variant. You cannot exchange for a completely different product.

Subject to Availability

The desired variant must be in stock. If unavailable, we will offer a full refund or store credit as an alternative.

3-7 Business Days

Exchange processing takes 3-7 business days from pickup. The replacement item is shipped once the original is received and inspected.

If there is a price difference between the original and exchanged item, you will either be charged the additional amount or refunded the difference. For example, if you exchange a à§³1,200 shirt for a à§³1,500 variant, you will need to pay the à§³300 difference. Conversely, if the new variant costs less, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method or as store credit. The exchange request must be made within the same 7-day return window from the delivery date.

Damaged / Defective Items

Report issues within 48 hours for priority resolution

If you receive a damaged, defective, broken, or incorrect product, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery. This is important because it allows us to quickly investigate the issue with our delivery partner and warehouse team. Damaged/defective item reports are treated as priority cases and are resolved on an expedited timeline.

How to Report a Damaged/Defective Item

  1. 1Take clear, well-lit photos of the damaged/defective item from multiple angles, including close-ups of the damage.
  2. 2Photograph the outer packaging, box, and any protective materials to show the condition upon delivery.
  3. 3Go to "My Orders" in your account dashboard, select the order, and click "Report Issue."
  4. 4Select "Damaged/Defective" as the reason and upload the photos along with a brief description.
  5. 5Our team will review your report within 2-4 hours and arrange a free return pickup.

Our Guarantee: For verified damaged or defective items, we offer a free return pickup, full refund (including shipping charges), or a free replacement — whichever you prefer. No questions asked. You will not incur any cost for returning a genuinely defective or damaged product. Your refund/replacement is processed on priority within 3-5 business days.

Please do not dispose of the damaged item or its packaging until the return process is complete and our team confirms receipt at the warehouse. In some cases, we may request that you keep the item until our courier arrives for pickup. If you notice damage at the time of delivery, we recommend noting it on the delivery receipt before signing, as this helps expedite the resolution process significantly.

Late / Missing Refunds

What to do if your refund is delayed

While we make every effort to process your refund within the stated 5-7 business day timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to banking processing times, payment gateway issues, or system maintenance. If your refund has not appeared in your account after 10 business days from the date of our refund confirmation email, please follow the steps below to resolve the issue.

Check Your Statement

Review your bank statement or mobile wallet transaction history carefully. Sometimes refunds appear under a different reference number or description. Look for transactions from "MiraShop" or our payment gateway partner.

Contact Your Bank

If you paid by credit/debit card, call your bank's customer service. Ask them about pending refunds or credits to your account. Bank processing times vary between institutions.

Contact Our Support

If your bank confirms no pending refund, email us at support@mirashop.com with your order ID, return tracking number, and refund confirmation email. We will investigate and resolve it within 48 hours.

Escalation

If the issue remains unresolved after contacting both your bank and our support team, you can file a complaint through our website's escalation form or contact the Bangladesh Consumer Rights Protection authority.

For bKash and Nagad refunds, the processing is typically faster (2-3 business days). If you have not received your mobile wallet refund after 5 business days, please share your bKash/Nagad transaction ID (TrxID) with our support team so we can trace the transaction directly with the mobile financial service provider. Store credit refunds are applied instantly and can be verified in your MiraShop wallet balance under your account dashboard.
